About Jenni
I'm an Artist, Facilitator, and qualified Psychotherapist.
Originally from the UK, I have a background in Drama and Movement Therapy, and am a passionate advocate for empowerment and inclusivity.
I love painting murals, 80's music, and movies that are so bad, they're good.
I also love meeting people from all over the world, and building new community connections.
I believe that creativity, connection and community are fundamental aspects of life.
These 3 values help us to stay in touch with our true selves, relate authentically to others, and feel a sense of acceptance and belonging.
Unfortunately, all too often we lose touch with what's important to us.
Instead, we get caught up in what we should do, we worry about what others think, and we become overwhelmed by the chaos of the world.
This leads to feelings of loneliness, burnout and self-questioning.
My workshops are specifically designed to help navigate these negative emotional states and common life challenges.
Using a unique combination of creative practice and evidence-based psychology, you can (re)discover yourself, connect with like-minded people and feel part of a vibrant, uplifting community.
I can't wait to see you there!
